For a 1 hour mediation, the cost is £75+VAT per party
For a 2 hour mediation, the cost is £125+VAT per party

Initial Consultation
Before mediation, each party is offered a 30 minute free initial consultation, which provides an opportunity to discuss your situation, explain how mediation works and consider whether mediation is suitable for your circumstances.
Mediation Sessions
The fee’s listed above for mediation include:
Preparation before the session
The mediation meeting via zoom
Support from an impartial mediator throughout the process
Assistance identifying issues and exploring possible solutions
Follow-up communication where appropriate
Additional Sessions
Some disputes may be resolved within a single session, while others may require additional time depending on the complexity of the issues and the needs of those involved.
Additional sessions are priced at £100+VAT per hour per party.
How are fees paid?
Payment arrangements will be confirmed before mediation begins.
